4.3 Seller Flow

Create listing (sell CASH):

• Seller chooses CASH amount and price; UI snaps the price to the nearest tick.

• The Exchange pulls CASH from the seller’s Bank balance into escrow and queues the listing in the tick’s FIFO.

• Event: LiquidityAdded.

Close listing:

• The owner can close anytime; if within a cooldown, an early-close fee (max 10%) applies.

• After cooldown → no fee.

• Admins/Owner may force-close listings with no fee (operational moderation).

• Events: LiquidityRemoved (and AdminClosedPosition when applicable).
